Welcome to my website and thank you for visiting! My name is Ana-Luiza Stamate (friends use to call me “Alice”) I am a 35 year-old certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and nutritionist, and I started my journey as a passionate fitness & nutrition lover when I was 17 years old.
I started to learn more and more about an active lifestyle and became addicted to it on the spot. I got involved almost each year in competitions like triathlons in different teams (swim, bike, run), half marathons (21 km running) and even marathons (42 km running).
I always kept fitness as part of my daily routine and shared my knowledge with the people around me, helping them change their physical appearance and improving their health condition according to their desire.
In the summer of 2015 I wanted so much to go beyond my hobby that I decided to become a certified personal trainer officially recognized and approved by the national and international institutions. Starting with July 2015 I received the diploma for graduating a personal trainer and fitness instructor course accredited by the Work Ministry, Education Ministry and EFA (European Fitness Association), a very intense and interesting course held by experimented fitness trainers working for World Class Fitness gym chains and Move On, therefore I became specialized in cardio-fitness, bodybuilding and functional training. One year later I became certified as a nutritionist and I completed my knowledge regarding a healthy food planning for people suffering from different illnesses and for people in good condition who wanted to perform better in sports.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, tone your body or just to improve your physical condition, my first objective is to promote a healthy lifestyle where exercise and healthy nutrition go hand in hand.
I am an online trainer, but also a personal trainer and nutritionist for my clients in the gym “Fit Gym” in Constanta.
During the warm season, I can train my clients outside in the park and enjoy the fresh air during our exercises, you are free to choose the type of training you prefer.
