By online training I refer to constant online monitoring workouts, but also to customized nutrition plans.
You can have your workouts either in the gym or at home (with a minimum of weights and equipment), but also outside in the fresh air if you like it, guided by me through my e-mails.
We will be in a constant e-mail exchange on a weekly basis, but also more often whenever you have any questions or difficulty with your workouts. I will be online ready to reply to you and find a solution for you as soon as possible.
I will focus my attention on what your body needs based on your information you send me by e-mail, based on your pictures and your measurements. I will be able to create the workout and nutrition plans for you only with your help and a good communication with you. My goal is to guide you towards a healthy lifestyle and to improve your overall health first of all, then change your body to lose weight or add muscles or just tone your body.

What are the steps for starting your online trainings?
- You can choose any of the packages below this section.
- Click on the “Buy now” button of the desired package and proceed with the checkout steps.
- After the payment is completed, you will receive a Key number.
- Send the Key number to email@example.com along with your full name.
- After that, you will receive e-mails with my questions to you about your weight, height, goals, current lifestyle, pictures and measurements, medical history and other information I need to know about you.
- After I gather all the information about you, I create the plans and then send them by e-mail to you.
- You will also receive forms to log your trainings and food following the plan I will create for you. It is very important to be honest and true to your program and logs in order to see results. If you follow me on social media you will also find fitness and nutrition tips and tricks that you will find very interesting and will help you with your nutrition plan and exercises.
During your trainings I will constantly motivate you to perform at your best! I will encourage you to stay on track and not skip your sessions.
At the beginning you will have pain in the muscles and it will be difficult, but after the first sessions you will feel more energized and stronger day by day, your body will recover quicker and you will see changes but you will have to stay focused on your nutrition and trainings.
